So this morning I woke up just before 7 am without an alarm and got up and did my weigh-in and I was shocked to see that I dropped 0.5 kg from yesterday to 103.4 kgs 🙂 I did go to the track yesterday and I didn’t eat a crazy amount during my window so I guess that that explains the massive drop in weight today!
I have decided to have Sundays as my “Cheat” days so I can eat normally today which will mean that I will be way heavier tomorrow BUT it also means that it should make the OMAD more sustainable in the long run! Again yesterday I was struggling with the fast from 4 pm so I think tomorrow I may try having my window from 4-5 pm instead of 5-6 pm and see if that makes it easier or not! I finish work at 4 pm anyway so it makes sense to eat at 4 pm then get on with my evening after that!
