This morning I woke up at about 5:30 without an alarm and then chilled until 8:30 when I got up and showered and then filled up the car and headed into Bath to pickup my son and go to the flat and get the rest of the crap to go to the tip!
At 10:45 we headed to the tip and unloaded the car. I then dropped my son off at his mum’s again and headed to the flat to get on with the woodwork painting. At 2:45 my son arrived at the flat and we headed to the airport to pick up his mum. I then drove us all back to Bath and I then drove back to my parents.
When I got home I was still only on 3225 steps and I was sore and tired so I decided that today was going to be the day that I ended 15k steps a day challenge on day 34! The 15k challenge has been a really good challenge until Google fucked my FitBit and since then its been a real chore to be honest!
From now on I am going to do 15k steps Mon-Sat and then take Sunday as a rest day from walking! I also plan to get back into OMAD as well so I will also do that Mon-Sat too then I can have a cheat and a rest day on the same day 🙂

Steps = 4902 Steps
So this morning I woke up at 5 and did my weigh-in and I was back up to 104 kgs again 🙁 More worrying than that was that my ankle was swollen and sore from all the motorbike riding doing my MOD1 training and test yesterday! It was worth it as I passed 🙂 BUT I am going to rest for the rest of the week to make sure then hit the ground running on Monday to get back into the habit of walking again! Monday I will also go back to OMAD too as that was working really well when I was doing that! I was in the office all day and riding in first thing my knee popped as well so I have a sore left knee and a sore right ankle so not fund moving around at the moment!
I went back to my parents straight after I finished work (after riding and walking home as I couldn’t ride the BMX up the hills as my knee and ankle hurt a lot! I then chilled for the rest of the day watching films in bed!
By the end of the day I was on only 4902 Steps for the day which is really bad! This is what always happens I get into a groove and I am training a lot then I get hurt and have to stop and lose the exercise habit again and fall back into bad habits 🙁

Woke up at 5 am without an alarm as I am on holiday today and then chilled until 8 am when i got up and did my weigh-in and it took ages as my scales were being annoying again! Why can’t anything be made that doesn’t mess you around these days???? I swear programmers these days are maing things to test how far they can push people before they stop using lal the shit that they buy!!!!! Anyway on about the 10th time of wetting my feet and hands and getting on and off the scales I finally got a complete measurement and I am up anther 0.3kgs to 104.3 kgs 🙁 However my body fat is down a bit to 33.9% which is nice 🙂
