Sunday 10/05/202 – 15k steps day 13

BodyFat = 35.2 %
Steps = 16952 Steps
This morning I woke up late for me at 7 am and got up and did my weigh-in and I was surprised that I was down another 0.4kgs this morning to 103.0 kgs even though my bodyfat was apparently up 0.7% to 35.2% !
I then chilled until about 8 am and then got dressed and headed to Bath and did some bits in the flat until about 13:30 when I headed home and hoovered the conservatory and bathrooms and then mopped them too. When I was tidying up I found the new jump rope that I bought that has cordless attachments so that I can skip in my room with limited space for now as I do not have enough space to use an actual jump rope unfortunately! I set the jump rope up ready for my first session tomorrow and then I walked on the treadmill until I was on just over 10k steps and then I put all the furniture back in the conservatory that I had cleared out to hoover and mop earlier.
I then chilled for a bit and I am now back on the treadmill 1 hour later so that I can get to 15k steps and chill for the rest of the evening as I am knackered!
Later on I will get my stuff ready to ride into the office in the morning as I haven’t used my ebike in ages!
I am currently watching a motorbike theory video on you tube to get ready for my theory test next Tuesday so I am studying and walking to multitask.
By the end of the day I got to 16952 steps which isn’t too bad 🙂
Monday 11/05/2025 – 15k steps day 14
Weight = 103.1 Kgs
BodyFat = 35.2 %
Steps = 15371 Steps
This morning I woke up early and did my weigh-in (up 0.1 kgs) and then walked my first 5k steps while doing my morning work tasks and then showered and headed to Bath. I then grabbed my BMX and rode into work. I then worked until 15:30 before heading back to the flat to get the car and drove home. I then walked on the treadmill while doing my on call until I got to 15k steps and then stopped walking and sat for the rest of the shift!
By the end of the day I was on 15371 Steps which is good.
Tuesday 12/05/2026 – 15k steps day 15
Weight = 103.7 kgs
Bodyfat = 34.7 %
Steps = 19176 Steps
This morning I woke up feeling rubbish and my weigh-in showed that I am up 0.7 kgs today 🙁 I got up late and got to work but I was feeling really off and at lunch time I went to bed instead of going to the flat to paint! I woke up at 15:30 and decided to take the dog for a walk to get some steps in and as I walked I felt better so I decided to walk the woods loop which was really good apart from almost getting run over by massive tractors in the tiny lanes! When we got back to the village I remembered that the road at the top of the village was closed and it turned out that there was no way to get through so I had to go the long way home round long lane which was really annoying and put an extra 3 miles onto the walk which was not ideal as my knee was really hurting 🙁
By the time I got home I was knackered and my knee was hanging but I was on 19176 steps for the day and had a great excuse to go back to bed 🙂 I went to sleep about 21:00 and slept like a log!
Wednesday 13/05/2026 – 15k steps day 16

Steps = 15457 Steps
This morning I woke up late and didn’t do my weigh-in and got straight in the shower and then headed to Bath with no walking as my left knee was still really sore from the walking 🙁 I then rode the BMX to work which was not my best idea as my knee hurt pedaling sat down AND stood up so it was a slow painful ride in 🙁
When I got into the office I did my morning tasks and then I went on a tidying spree and took all the boxes piled around my desk to the bins and got some steps in that way. I then walked to Morrison’s and bought a couple of meal deals and had an early breakfast as I was starving 🙁 I then worked until 15:30 when I met my son and we walked home and then did some painting before I dropped him off at his mum’s house and then headed home to the parents house.
When I got home I was on 12k steps so I got on the treadmill and limped my way to 15k steps before packing the treadmill away and doing some practice for my theory test which is coming up next Tuesday!
I went to bed at about 22:30 and then didn’t get to sleep until well after 23:00 🙁 But I did manage 15457 Steps with a really sore knee so pleased about that!
Thursday 14/05/2026 – 15k steps day 17

Bodyfat = 34.7 %
Steps = Steps
so this week has been a bit crap so far other than I have kept up with my walking. I have not been doing OMAD and have not been to the gym yet this week OR done any skipping either! I have also been eating really badly again so my weight is up 1.1 kgs this morning to 104.1 kgs 🙁 My bodyfat is however down from 35.2 % to 34.7 % which is a good thing! I am also looking less bloated and fat which is a good thing and especially my hands and arms are looking a lot thinner!
After my weigh-in I got on the treadmill and started walking while doing my morning tasks and after about 15 minutes of walking I realized that my steps weren’t going up and realized that I had put my FitBit on my wrist not in my sock so I had been walking and not recording my steps 🙁 I quickly stuffed the FitBit in my sock and carried on walking and working.
I ended up working through lunch and then after work I got showered and headed to Bath and did some painting until about 19:30 when I headed home. When I got home I got straight on the treadmill as I was on 12k steps so I wanted to get to 15k steps as ASAP so I could get to bed early. I am going to take the day off from painting tomorrow as I have my CBT on Saturday morning so I want to go through all the theory test training so I am on the ball if they ask me anything.
