I just woke up and did my birthday weigh-in and its not great! I have been off of Coca Cola for a week and have actually gained weight!!!! I am up to 108.3kgs this morning which is upsetting! I am guessing that some of the weight is water weight as I have upped my water

2022 Goals For my goals this year I am basically focussing on becoming consistent my training, changing unhealthy habits and improving my bike skills in order to be a bit competitive when I race the Worlds in July. At the moment I am 22-27 kgs over weight and can not even do a full speed
Weigh-in I woke up and did my normal Monday morning weigh in and I was surprised to see that I have dropped 0.3kgs in 3 days with very little exercise! Date Weight 01/01/2022 107.9 03/01/2022 107.6 I would say that this weight loss is 100% due to stopping drinking Coca Cola on New Years Day!
