The postman delivered the Yess Type X Pro XL Cruiser stickers today and then after work I put them on the newly painted frame and put some of the bits on it to get an idea of how it will look built up and I am super happy with how it came out:
I will be getting my Meybo Cruiser back next week so I will take off all of the bits that I will need to build up the Yess off of it then get rid of the bits that are left over so I will have just the Yess built up and then I will build up the Dialled MX20R which is ready to pick up from the painters in Tuesday with the bits from the Inspyre. The lad who sold me the Inspyre also threw in the old forks and the old back wheel so I will be able to sell them too.
My other option is to sell the complete Inspyre to my friend and just keep the seat and pedals to use on the Supercross and my jump bike and then not have a 20″ to ride but have 2 x Cruisers. If I build up the Supercross then I will have to get a new wheel as I sold my only rim brake wheel when I sold the Pure so I don’t have a wheel to fit on it. I do have the option to to get the onyx 20″ wheel built up with 24″ wheels which may be the cheaper option as it will cost about £150 to get news wheels and spokes and get the wheels built up compared to £600 to buy a new Onyx Wheelset!
The stem that I bought for the Supercross isn’t arriving until the 1st of October so I have some time to think on it!
