this morning I woke up late as I was really tired from working the whole day yesterday and did my weight only to find that I had put on 0.1 kgs today so I was 103.9 kgs so still under 104kgs but only just! I put this down to take out last night when I got home from the office as I couldn’t be bothered to cook! As I got up late the gym was a no-go so moving to Wed and Saturday makes more sense.
I then went to work and worked until 2pm then chilled for my lunch hour and then had to start work again for the rest of the night! Because of this I got takeout again so I will most likely be over 104kgs again tomorrow!
While on call I have just walked while I worked for the last 1.25 hours to get my steps over 10000 steps for the day (only 10070 steps but still over!) so I can now chill until I go to bed other than working.
