Weigh-in – better news this morning!
I woke up this morning and did a weigh in to see how my weight was after not really training consistently over the past few weeks again due to work taking over again.
To my surprise it was actually good news for once! I have lost 2kg since my last weigh in on 06/06/2021 🙂 so I dropped from 107.1kgs to 105.1kgs.
Pretty happy with that but in that time I have ridden my bike a lot more and had a super hot National race weekend and done a really hot club race at Bristol too which definitely helped. I have also been off of the fizzy drinks for the most part and have been eating way less sweets and crisps as well.
It has to be said on Saturday on the BMX I was starting to feel much better and I was able to do first straights without getting tired and out of breath which is amazing progress! So, only 3 more straights and I will be able to do a full laps without getting tired 🤣
