I woke up this morning and did my weigh-in before I started work and I was surprised to see that I had dropped 0.2kgs from 107.0kgs to 106.8kgs.

This is really good going as I have been eating quite a bit over xmas so super happy with that! It is especially impressive as I haven’t really exercised much at all this past week either!

This also means that I have lost 1.1kg’s this year which is not much at all BUT I did lose a bit of weight so I have broken the trend of gaining weight every year!

I put the weight loss totally down to staying off of fizzy drinks for the past couple of weeks and also starting to do intermittent fasting again this week which I will keep up with going into next year!

I am still well off of my fitness goals as my shoulder is really sore still from the ride on the BMX track that I did on xmas eve so I haven’t been able to do much at all since then. I am going to take the rest of this week off and then start the new year by going to the gym as there is no point aggravating my shoulder further now.
