Weigh-in

I woke up late this morning as I woke up at 3:30 for no reason and was not able to get back to sleep until 5:00 so I slept through my alarm at 5:30! I eventually woke up at 8:20 so I did my weigh-in and I am down a little bit from last week from 104.8kgs to 104.5 kgs.  Its no the best but better than I was expecting as I only walked for 4 days last week due to my back and I also had a heavy weekend! drinking a lot on Saturday at my brothers birthday party and then going to a Brazilian barbeque yesterday for the afternoon and really over-eating and drinking lots of guarana which is super high in sugar! I was also in no state to walk yesterday so only walked 3749 steps all day 🙁

This evening I finished work about 5pm and ate and watched a film then about 7pm I went out for a walk to get my 10000 steps in as I had been pretty stationary all day so my back was really stiff.

I walked for 1 hour 25 minutes and covered 5.20 miles and I was on 11159 steps by the time I got home (I think that I was on about 1500 steps when I left!).

By the time I got home my back was feeling much better although my legs felt a bit weird! kind of like I was drunk and had little feeling in them! I will have to keep an eye on this and get in contact if it keeps up as it is not good and could signify that my back is getting worse!
