Weigh In – not good news!
Woke up this morning and did a weigh in and was shocked to find that I have put on 1kg in a week!!! My weight has gone up from 104.7kgs to 105.7kgs! Obviously I’m not super happy about this although I know the reason why as I have not been walking 10000 steps a day consistently this week and for the past 4 days I have hardly walked at all! My step count since last week are below:

As you can see, the most I walked this week was 8920 steps with the least being 1675 steps! so its hardly surprising that I have put weight back on again. This is especially true as I have been eating pretty poorly this week too!
Starting tomorrow I am going to get back into the routine of walking 10000 steps as soon as I wake up so that I can try and make up this weeks deficit and try and and get back on track with my weight loss goals!
I need to focus on being more consistent with the walking as it is not hard at all and has serious positive effects on my health and wellbeing.
Now that I am starting to ride the BMX as well I am hoping that the weight will start to drop off more quickly going forwards too.
