Weigh-in and Walk done early.

I woke up at 5:30 this morning and did my weigh in and was shocked to see that I have put on weight again so I am now 108.8kgs 🙁 So I have put on 0.8kgs this week! Because of this I got got ready and went for a walk to start getting back into working out in the morning.

The walk was fine and I felt really good but I purposely walked a little bit slower than normal to try and keep within the FAT BURN Zone which I managed to do for 82% of the just over an hour that I was walking.

My stomach wasn’t great this morning but I managed to not mess myself and got home before I had to use the toilet!

By the time I got home I had done a little over 8000 Steps so well on track to make the 10000 steps for the day!

I have decided that I am going to cancel my gym as I never go and then get back into the habit of walking and riding the bike in the mornings before work Tuesday-Friday then rest at the weekends. I already ride or walk to work on Mondays so I don’t have to make any effort to exercise Mondays.

I am leaning towards switching between cycling and walking so that my body doesn’t get used to one type of exercise and also so that I don’t get too bored and stop again! I am in the process of getting rid of some furniture so that I can have my smart trainer setup all the time on the TV then I have no excuse not to use it!

There are literally 2 months left of the year and I have actually put weight on not lost weight so I need to pull my finger out and start exercising regularly so tht. Ican at least finish the year lighter than I started it!
