Woke up this morning and did my weigh in and I was shocked to find that I am up to 108.3kgs this morning 🙁 This means that I am 1.6kgs heavier than last week!
I am hoping that this is due to muscle gain from racing and walking more as I am deffo looking thinner and more toned this week but we will see!
I hurt my shoulder last night at gates so I may have to take it steady on the bike for a bit to get the shoulder back healthy.
