Weigh in and First walk done.

This morning I woke up and felt a bit better so I did my weigh in which wasn’t too bad considering. I weighed in at 107.6kgs which is pretty good as I was 108.2kgs last Wednesday and I haven’t done a lot of walking in the past week! In fact apart from Saturday where I did 14,334 steps the most steps I had done in a day was on Monday at 8393 steps as I walked to the office and back but it was a struggle!

After the weigh in I got ready and went out for a walk and felt pretty good, no foot or knee pain but I was walking slower today to make sure that I didn’t get hurt again!

As you can see from the summary I walked for 1hr 13 minutes and spent 53% of the walk below the aerobic zone so the next walk I need to go a little bit harder to try and get in the yellow zone more as that is where the fat burning takes place.

The walk equated to 6.33kms (3.9 miles) and did 8767 steps so I should be good to make 10000 steps today 🙂
