I woke up 10 minutes before my 5am alarm and decided to have a lie in so turned off the alarm and went back to sleep until 6:30 ish. I then got up and looked at the snow as I received an email to say that my son’s school was closed and I had no idea that it was even snowing as I had been in bed since about 8pm last night!
I then did my weigh-in and as per usual I had out a bit of weight on the day before my weigh-in so I was up from 105.6kgs on Monday to 106kgs this morning! Still I am lighter than I was last week so its all good.
This Morning I received an email notification that my DMR Sect Frame would arrive this morning between 8:30 and 9:30 and it actually did 🙂
I have just unboxed the frame and the photos don’t do it justice 🙂
I have compared it to my Airdrop Fade and the geometry seems way more similar to a race BMX frame with the top tube being about 2 inches lower than the Airdrop which I think I will like more as it will ride more like a big BMX rather than a small mountain bike like the Airdrop does! I will build the bike up at lunch time and get some photos etc.
I have just finished giving the Airdrop a bath ready to put the cleaned parts onto the DMR at lunch time 🙂
