Woke up early and did my weigh in again this morning and I am down to 106.3kgs which is 0.2kgs less than yesterday but 0.4kgs heavier than I was on Monday morning!
So from my last weigh-in last Wednesday I have dropped 0.4kgs which is not as good as it would have been if I could have kept the weight off from Monday morning but its still pretty good for the week! I have also dropped my weight from 107.5kgs at the start of the year (1 month) to my current 106.3kgs so I have dropped 1.2kgs in a month which isn’t too bad considering most of the weight loss is because of intermittent fasting and a bit of walking. Once I start training the weight loss should pickup. I am more than happy with this months weight loss as it is more or less totally from changing my behaviour for healthier habits so should make keeping the weight off much easier!
I did quite a few weigh-ins over the last week and although I lost weight this week I was the same weight last Thursday as I was this morning:
I did cave last night and had chicken bites, chip and a can of Cherry Coca Cola from Deliveroo so that will account for most of the weight gain! I am also eating all my leftover food so lots of beans on toast this week which is not ideal either but its free so its going to be eaten 🙂
I didn’t walk into the office this morning as I had a lot of remote stuff to do so my step count will be down today to! I will use today as a rest day and then walk on Saturday morning to get my step count for the week up and burn some more weight off. I may also try and do some gates Saturday afternoon too which will burn some more belly off 🙂
Today I am spending my lunch break cleaning the house and cleaning and building my Octane One Zircus as my friend is buying my dirt bike wheels is also swapping the Zircus frame for the NS Metroplis frame that I sold him last year as he as well is having issues getting a gearing that works on the Metropolis frame and the Zircus can take way more gear options.
The Octane One ZIrcus is now washed dried and GT85’ed and ready to start building up when my friend comes over tomorrow night with his bike:
I will now leave it alone and get on with my cleaning and tidying as the flat is a real mess still!
