Woke up early on Wednesday morning (5:00am) and did my weekly weigh-in as normal and I was back up to 109.7kgs again but I have been pretty much sedentary all week again!
I had woken up with a sore throat and runny nose so I decided to go back to sleep and then woke up again about 11am which is really unusual for me so I decided to spend the day in front of the TV as I had the day off!
This morning I was still feeling a bit rough so I decided to sleep in until 7am and then got up, got ready and then started work at 7:30am. I had a doctors appointment at 11:40 this morning so took an early lunch at 11:15, I walked there saw the doctor and then walked back in my lunch hour which was pretty good going to be honest! I also got 6344 steps in so I am looking good to do the 10000 steps today 🙂
The doctor confirmed that I have a torn rotator cuff so I have physio next Thursday to see if that will get my shoulder back to 100% or not and if not what we need to do to get it back healthy which is a start!
I was planning on going into the office this afternoon but I think that I would be better off going back to bed after work and getting up early in the morning and doing what I have to do. I may change my mind and go in later on but if I feel like I do now I will most likely go back to bed 🙁
I have started drinking Huel this morning as well so hopefully that will make it easier to shed some weight before I am able to ride the BMX again.
