I woke up this morning and did my Official Weigh in for the week and I am still at 108.3kgs but after last nights walking I am feeling and looking way less bloated so thats a real plus.
My stomach is a bit painful still but I think that the benefits of walking way outweigh the drawbacks so I am going to keep the walking up! I am starting to think that working out in the gym may be too much so I will hold off on working out and just shower at the gym every day to get my moneys worth 🙂
