My weigh in this morning was a bit of a shock as I have put on 0.5kgs this week even though I did 2 sprint sessions this week. So at the moment I am the heaviest that I have been for a good couple of years at 108.5kgs!!!

I did have to miss coaching this on Saturday as I had to work so that may be part of the issue.

I am not too worried as I went into the gym this morning and picked up my fob so I will start at the gym tomorrow morning early. I will go in and skip and test out my routine and record my weights for upper body too as I have sprints tomorrow so I do not want to do weights as I think that it will be too much to train legs and then sprint.

I am racing Wednesday too so I will leave the legs session until Friday morning and then I will start consistently doing 4 days a week from next week. I have 41 days until the first Regional so I can get in at least 1 month of consistent training in before then so I think I will be in pretty good shape to start off the season. I have 183 days before the Worlds so I should be able to get in pretty good shape by then if I remain consistent until then.
