Weekend round up

So the weekend was a game of 2 of 2 halves this week. Saturday I spent most of my day in bed watching TV as I was burnt out from the week and doing 3 on calls which really messed with my sleep patterns. I did get to the track and did a few 1/2 laps to test the new berm which is amazing by the way 🙂 but that was about it! I was planning on going walking in the evening but I lunched it out and did nothing!

I only managed 3834 steps on Saturday total 🙁

On Sunday I got up early and woke my son up at 7 and we got the track by 8 am and rode the 3rd and 4th straights for an hour which was fun but I took the Standard so I enjoyed it but not as much as I would have on the Curtis! We then went home and chilled for a bit then got showered and dressed and went for a walk into town and then decided to go for a pre-birthday Sunday lunch for my son at a pub near my house so walked there too and then walked home at about 6 ish. I then took my son home at about 19:30 and then was in bed sleeping about 21:00.

By the end of the day I had walked 13395 steps for the day so well over my 12000 target but not enough to average 12000 steps for the weekend still.
