Steps = 1347 Steps
So I worked most of the day as well as watching the Manchester National on bmx hub while I was working. I had planned to go to my parents but worked instead so I didn’t actually leave the house at all!
Also at about 19:30 I caved and got a chicken burger and chips from Deliveroo 🙁 So not only did I only get 1347 steps in I also ate like crap for the second day in a row!
Monday 27th May 2025
Weight = 103.3 kgs
Steps = 6302 Steps
So this morning I woke up at 5:05 without my alarm so I guess that my body is back in the rhythm of getting up at 5:00 after the change in clocks messed it up! I got up and did my weigh-in and I am back up to 103.3 kgs this morning which is not surprising as I ate pretty badly last night an had a chicken burger and chips from the chip shop to finish off the day! Back to eating clean AND back on OMAD (One Meal a Day) again today!
I then did some work until 6:30 and then headed to the track and did my sprints as usual! I got in 6 x 25 m alternating leg sprints with 3 minutes rest in between and then rested 5 minutes and then did 6 x 50 m sprints with 3 minute rest in between. I then played on the track trying to figure out the step-up out of the first berm which I wasn’t able to do a I pulled a muscle in my back which shows that I need to walk more especially at weekends as I didn’t even get 2000 steps in either day over the weekend (1937 on Saturday and 1347 steps on Sunday!) 🙁
So when I got home I went in the bath for an hour then did some work and then at 11:00 I made food then got dressed and headed over to my parents house until about 18:30 ish then headed home again. My back was sore all afternoon but i managed to help my parents sort through the boxes that i had left for them to go through and also walk the dog too so I got to 6302 steps today so not 10000 but way better than the rest of the weekend!
Tuesday 28th May 2025
Weight = 103.2 kgs
Steps = 13426 Steps
So I woke up with my alarm at 5:00 but my back was sore and it had woken up a lot during the night so I went back to sleep until 6:00 then got up and did my weigh-in and I was down 0.1 kgs to 103.2 kgs so the weight is moving in the right direction but still heavier than I was last week 🙁
I then did a bit of work then jumped in the shower and then walked into the office did some bits then headed home again! By the time I got home I was on 7310 steps and my back was feeling a bit better too 🙂 I am on a half day today so I will head to the track and do some brushing and maybe some weeding too as I am still too hurt to ride today still!
This week I really have to prioritize getting back to waking up and walking first thing to sort out my back again before I damage it any more! On the mornings that I am not doing sprints i need to wake up at 5 and walk straight away to get my back moving and try and keep it healthy!
In the afternoon I went to the track and ended up doing some hoeing on the first straight as it was really wet so i couldn’t do the brushing that I planned to do. After about an hour my back was sore so I went home and had a bath then watched a couple of films until it was time to go to sleep. I did cave and get takeout at about 20:00 so I am expecting my weight to be up tomorrow again 🙁
By the end of the day I had walked a respectable 13426 steps for the day so not bad 🙂

Steps =
