I have had my parent’s dog visiting this week and I have been really consistent this week getting up at 5:30 and walking the dog before work as can be seen by my walking totals since we picker her up:

Since Sunday I have woken up early and walked to the BMX track and back with the dog to give her some exercise and also tire her out so that she can chill while I am working during the day. I have also walked a bit with her at lunch time and in the evening as well.
I didn’t get up early this morning as I was on call last night and I have to go up to the track this afternoon anyway as I have to accept a delivery of dust that is being delivered. We also have to show presents at the track as some little scum bag is making holes in the jumps on their electric motorbike so myself and some others are going to be at the track to stop them riding on it.
As I slept in this morning I was a bit sleepy before work and I forgot to do my weigh in so I will have to do it tomorrow morning instead! I am hoping to have dropped a fair bit of weight as my stomach is shrinking and my legs are way more toned after all the walking so far this week.
The dog is being dropped off on Saturday so I am going to walk to the track every morning this week and try and keep it up once the dog has gone home but I have a feeling that I will probably be less consistent without the dog as its not as much fun walking without her 🙁
