Walked again this morning

Woke up early again this morning and walked into the office to do some bits and then walked home again. By the time I had finished my walk I was on 6311 steps so a good start to the day especially as the weather was nice this morning even though there was an 80% chance of rain 🙂 My body was really hurting this morning which is not good as that usually means that I am about to get sick again but we will see 🙂

I am going to try and get out on the road bike at lunch time to try and get some more cardio in but I may just go to sleep for a couple of hours instead 🙁 I will see how I feel at lunch time! I may also try and find my hacksaw and cut down the fork steerer tube on the Identity forks so that they are ready to go when the front wheel QR adaptors arrive later today. Once the forks are sorted and the front wheel is on the bike I can’t do anything else until the new driver arrives so the bike can go onto the wall out of the way! I am going to put my GT ProSeries out in the shed as I am not using it at the moment so I will have one less bike in the house cluttering up the place 🙂

After work today I will take the jump bike apart and wash the frame and wheels and get them on the internet to sell as I am not going to use them so I may as well sell them! I’m going to keep the cranks so that I can use them when I get a 24″ Curtis Jump bike Frame to replace the Black Market maybe for xmas!

I have just decided that I am going to do sprints this lunch time instead of going to for a road ride as they are more fun and I will be building BMX Specific fitness as well! I think next week I will start doing sprints on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday lunch times instead! Next week I will really try and get out on the road bike straight after work as well then I will be walking in the morning, BMX at lunch time and road bike and weights in the evening so I should be studly and buff in no time 🙂

I have also been thinking about my weight training and I am going to change from full body 3 x a week to split upper/ lower body 4 x a week so I will do Lower body (legs) Monday and Friday and Upper body Tues and Wednesday as I have Gates on Thursday evenings so I have no time for weights then!

So my back is hanging so I will give the sprints a miss today! I have also received 2 delivery notifications and both should be here around lunch time so I’ll have to stay at home waiting for them anyway!

So the hacksaw blade I had in my saw was really blunt so it was not up to cutting the steerer tube so I have ordered some new blades from Amazon that will be here tomorrow so I will have to wait until then to fully build the bike up!
