Up early and walk done. 10000 Steps almost done.
Even though I didn’t sleep to well waking up every 2 hours I woke up refreshed with my alarm at 5:30 and was out walking by 5:45.
The weather was really wet but I just got on with it and decided to walk the opposite way to normal for a change as I left out of my back door instead of my front door as my son has all of my front door keys!!!
I went a slightly different route too to walk along the river a bit more as it is quieter and less stressful than walking along the roads.
I managed to walk 4.93 miles in 1:19:02 and managed to burn off 973 Cal apparently! The 4.93 mile converted to 8902 steps according to my Fitbit so although I haven’t quite done my 10000 steps for the day, I will have them done by lunch time I would have thought!
I didn’t want to walk any more as I start my new job this morning so I wanted to get back and get ready for work as I am not sure what to expect today so I wanted to make sure that I am ready!
I hit my 10000 step target at 13:20 this afternoon so everything after that is bonus steps 🙂
By 20:00 I was over 13000 steps so I have well and truly exceeded my goal for today.
I have also bought a new ebook with my Google play points that I have been getting from doing surveys. I saw a video with the author (Dr Ian Smith) the other day and really liked what he had to say and how he put across the information! The book is called clean and lean and is about intermittent fasting which I have started doing again. It also suggests foods to eat to get the most of the intermittent fasting which is why I wanted to buy it.
By the end of the day I had completed 13432 steps.
