I was unable to race tonight as I got a stomach bug while getting ready to leave so I had to stay at home in the bathroom most of the night 🙁
On the bright side as my brother says its all weight loss 🙂 And I think that I must have pooped out at least half my bodyweight last night!
Annoyed that I couldn’t make racing but at least the bug came on before I left home as it would have been messy if I had been in the car!
I am going to try and do intervals on the rollers tomorrow night to try and make up for the missed training tonight. I have been meaning to try doing 10 second sprints then resting 50 seconds and then sprinting again and do this for 15 minutes with a 5 minute warm up to start for a while so I will try that tonight.
