Still not 100%

So this week the Haemorrhoids that started when I started the carnivore diet have been really bad so I have been taking it easy to make sure that I don’t make it worse. I bought some cream yesterday that arrived today so I have started using that so I am hoping that it will start making things better to start next week off going to the gym and make the most of not having to be at work as its a bank holiday.

When I woke up this morning I decided not to go to the gym and instead get up and get showered and rode the DK to the office and did some work instead and then rode home to carry on my day!

It is now almost 4pm and I am walking on the treadmill to try and get my steps up as I am only on 3000 steps and I can’t really walk outside as the Haemorrhoids make me want the toilet all the time 🙁 so I have to walk inside until they subside a bit!

Other than the Haemorrhoids I am feeling really good! My neck is now better and I am feeling really healthy again too. In fact riding to work is now feeling really easy which is a good sign! I am also still really liking riding the DK and using the cool-down post on it really stretches me out so I feel much better after the ride too 🙂

I have been thinking about the gym and I think I just need to get into the habit of doing the same thing every day so I am going to start from Monday waking up at 4:45 showering and then riding the bike to the gym doing a workout and then riding home again to shower and start my day! I’m going to do sled and legs Monday, Wednesday and Friday and then sled and upper body Tuesday and Thursday and try and do the atg stuff as well as a cool down!
