I just got a notification that my sprint block will be arriving this morning between 9:30 and 10:30 so I will try and get to the track this afternoon to get my sprint lines measured out and get some sprints in although I had diarrhoea last night and my stomach is a bit bubbly to day the least this morning too so things may change!
So the Sprint Block arrived just after 10 am so I now have it all built up and ready to use BUT I am feeling like crap so I am going to rest this week and try and get over whatever I have and then start sprints next week! I am going to try and get my steps in but the way that I am feeling at the moment it will all be on the rollers and may not happen at all!
