Sick and hurting this morning

I woke up at 5am this morning as planned but was feeling ill and my shoulder and wrist were really sore after riding the bike yesterday so I decided not to go to the gym this morning and rest instead. I’m pretty sure that what I thought was Tonsillitis may well be Covid as my eyes are super itchy and red this morning and  I have been having chills all night so its definitely safer to not go to the gym this morning.

I have decided that for this week and maybe next week I will just do the 3 x Zwift sessions and then build in the gym sessions once my body is used to the Zwift Sessions.

Other than the Soreness in my Shoulder and Wrist and the Illness my body is feeling really good after the Zwift Session, my stomach is looking less bloated and feels firmer which is a good sign and my chest and shoulders are also looking tighter too so I am definitely glad that I at least made a start last night even though it was such a poor start 🙂
