Rucking Challenge Day 7

I woke up this morning at about 3am and had to run to the bathroom or risk having an accident 🙁 I then went back to sleep until 5am but woke up with a gurgling stomach and when I let the dog out I aw it was raining heavily so I aborted Rucking and went back to bed until 6:30 when I started work!

At lunch time I decided to de-hair as I was looking really homeless after not shaving or cutting my hair for at least 4 months! I then managed to walk for 20 minutes until I had to turn back as my stomach was growling so I headed home and got back just in time! It felt so much better not having loads of hair and beard so I am glad I did it! While I haven’t been doing much I have been working on spending less and saving for racing next year so I bought an expense tracker book from Amazon so that I can start tracking everything that I spend and writing it in the book makes it more real so that I am accountable for my spending! The book will live by my computer so I can always find it! I have done this in the past with a spreadsheet and an app on my phone but both don’t feel real so I don’t take them seriously so I am hoping that writing them down in a physical book will make me more accountable and help me cut down my spending and start cutting down my spending!

When I got home I then ordered a couple of chain nets for the basketball court at in the park over the road from my house as I want to start shooting every couple of days when I am not riding the bike and at weekends with my Son! By the time I got home I was on 5453 steps so half way to 10000 steps for the day at least!

At about 19:30 I took the dog for another walk around town and we did enough steps to get me from about 6000 steps to 10852 steps when we got home. I then put the bins out and we then went to bed and chilled for until I went to sleep.
