Rucking Challenge Day 3

I woke up this morning at 3:30 again and found out why I have been waking up! Basically my arm is going numb while i’m sleeping and waking me up! This morning though I was able to go back to sleep as I had no phone in the bedroom so I literally looked at my watch, turned over then went back to sleep until my watch buzzed me aways at 5:00. I then got up and did my morning routine apart from the press ups and squats as my wrist and ankle were sore! My weigh in was good again today as I am down to 106.6kgs this morning so down another 0.1kgs.

I then rucked into work again and did some work then rucked home. My left ankle was a bit sore but other than that it was fine. I was on 7400 steps by the time I got home.

Its now 20:00 and I am walking on the treadmill to get my last 1200 steps in before i go to sleep.

I finished the day with 10473 steps.
