So this morning I woke up at 4 am without my alarm so I chilled on my phone for a bit then got up at 5 am and did my weigh-in and I was down 0.3 kgs to 107.3 kgs so the same weight that I started the week at! I was not surprised about the weight loss as I walked almost 15000 steps yesterday ((14880) and didn’t eat a great deal either! I then showered and got dressed and grabbed the StayStrong Speed and Style and rode into the office and did some work until about 7:30 when I packed up and rode home to wake my son up to get ready for school! I am currently on 2289 steps for the day so I still have a long way to go to meet my 10000 steps but I think I will get there pretty easily as I am off sight seeing again this afternoon with family so I should get there without needing to go on the treadmill before bed!
From next week I will start walking to the gym first thing in the morning and working out a bit before walking home and starting my day the right way which should get to 95% to my 10000 step goal and kick start my metabolism to burn more calories. I will also start back on the Carnivore diet but adding fruit too to try and avoid getting piles again! I have not ridden the BMX for ages so I need to start doing sprints and track sessions at lunch times as well to get my BMX specific fitness up again and build my skills!
Yesterday I got the bottom bracket installed on the Standard OS20 so that is now ready to get the cranks off of the Dialled and grab the wheels from my friend and build it up 🙂
The StayStrong disk brake kit arrived yesterday too so I have everything to build the OS20 now once I grab the wheels and Dialled at gates on Saturday afternoon then I can build up the OS20 and test ride it on Sunday morning early 🙂
