So this morning I woke up later and did my weigh in and i am 105.2 kgs. I then got showered and dressed and then did some work and then at 7am I walked into the office where I stayed until 1pm when I walked home! By the time that I got home I was on 12200 steps and was super tired as I had stopped fizzy drinks today so I went to bed!
I woke up at 16:30 when my alarm went off as I am on call so needed to be up to go to the evening call at 16:45 so I basically wasted my afternoon off other than being well rested! When I woke up I had a massive headache so I had to buy some cherry coke to get rid of it so I will drink diet coke this week then on Friday I will stop all fizzy drinks again! For good this time!
I got notifications that the Frame headset and race pants have been posted so they will be here in a couple of days then I can start building the bike up and start selling the rest of the parts to get some money back and clear space!
I have decided that I will not do the gym on Mondays and I will use Monday and Tuesdays as my rest days and then work out the rest of the week as I am always really tired on Mondays after riding at the weekend so it makes sense to rest on Monday and Tuesdays I have been on call on Monday night so get to sleep late so getting up id hard too so I will do Wednesday and Friday mornings in the gym doing legs for now and then add in Thursday upper body next month when I am in the habit of doing leg days. On the other days (Tuesday and Thursday) I will walk my uphill route with the weight vest on before work and Mondays all I will do is walk to work and back!
I didn’t do my backwards walking today as my knee was still sore from hyper-extending it on Friday! I will start again tomorrow. Yesterday we took the arm chair over to my parents house and put the backwards treadmill in my bedroom so I can now leave it set up so there is no excuse for not using it as there is 0 setup time any more!
By the end of my shift I was on 12479 steps so I have been really sedentary this afternoon which is not ideal! Tomorrow as soon as I get back from my walk I will put the ankle weights on and get some extra exercise in!
