I woke up feeling pretty bad still and decided that it was better to not do weights today as I was feeling too weak still but I did get up and walk to work to do some stuff then I walked back at about 7am so that I was home exactly on time for my shift to start!
This morning my teeth are really hurting, my throat is really sore and I have a swollen tingly feeling in my face and lips so not great still. On a positive note the dizzy faint feeling has gone so I was able to walk normally to work and back with no issues.
I forgot to start Strava when I left the house so I don’t have accurate walking data today but I am on 8820 steps at the moment so I did about 8000 steps this morning at a guess. I am still feeling rough so I am going to hold off on weights until Saturday probably to rest up but I will try and get to 11000 steps today and tomorrow and then try and walk and do weights Saturday morning and then chill for the rest of the day.
Tomorrow my Son’s new bed will arrive so I have to get that built and then re-arrange the lounge so that will be enough stress on my body for the day I think.
This afternoon after work I need to get the holes in the walls filled as I did the first pass of the filler a bit ago and will need to do a second pass this afternoon and then I can sand later in the evening ready to paint over the filler to blend it in tomorrow sometime ready for the bed to arrive tomorrow sometime.
After work I re-arranged the lounge to see how it will be once the bed is here and it is loads better and I think that it will work really well.
At the end of the day I finished with 11641 steps for the day so well over my 11000 step target. Its even more impressive as I did over 3000 steps in my flat!
