So this morning I woke up at 2 am and I was wide awake so I started thinking about how my training and weight loss were going and started to re-think a plan for the rest of the year and next year to get it on track! I will not go into too much detail here as I have written all my plans down HERE!
Essentially I have decided to get in the habit of going to the gym first thing in the morning during the week then riding home, showering and changing then riding back into the office to work there in the morning then ride home and then work at home in the afternoon. My only goal for the rest of the year is to do this Monday to Friday! Then next year I will get more specific with my training once I am in the habit of going to the gym. I will also try and get 12000 steps in a day too which shouldn’t be an issue as I will be walking between offices a lot in the mornings until mid January anyway.
At about 5 am I got up and did my weigh-in and I am back up to 110 kgs again 🙁 so this reinforced the need to concentrate on going to the gym consistently!
After my weigh-in I got showered and dressed and did some work while I waited for my shopping to be delivered which it was at about 6:35 so I am now finishing up some things then I will head into the office to start organising the moving of a bunch of servers into the new office.
I have to be back by 12:00 as my son is coming over as he has a driving lesson this afternoon so I will ride my bike into the office to make it faster to get home this afternoon. I think I will take my mtb this morning as it has gears and mudguards and its currently raining 🙁
So I rode the DK as it was already in the house and got a lot done this morning and was on 6600 steps by the time I got home although my legs were feeling really heavy still when I got home. I chilled over lunch and then started walking on the treadmill but I am feeling really tired walking still so I will leave the gym until net week as I am not 100% still!
