I woke up at 4:45 without an alarm even though I was watching my friends daughter almost making the final at the Worlds in Rockhill until 23:30 ish last night! The pump track is really good apart from the fact that I am really bad at riding them!
I rode for about 30 minutes and then came home and my arms are really pumped and my stomach is burning so I know that it was as good idea 🙂 I am thinking that I hold off on the gym for another month to see how doing this every morning helps as I think that it will be really beneficial to my riding and it costs less than the gym too 🙂
I have just bought the 170mm Sunday Saker V2 cranks in black from Alans BMX and they cost me £63.98 including postage so about £100 less than the Profile Racing cranks that I was thinking of buying! I will wait until the payment on my PayPal account goes through then I will get the new forks as I think these forks are slightly bent backwards so it would be nice to get them replaced!
I have just bought replacement stem bolts for my Burgtec MK3 Stem from Burgtec so they will be here in 48 hours! The postage was actually more expensive than the bolts which is crazy but that is the way the world is going! Once they arrive I can tighten my stem properly to stop the lose headset then the bike will be mint!
I also bought a replacement o ring for my DXR’s and some replacement bolts for the dxr’s too so they can be cleaned and put on the internet to sell!
I will chill at lunch time and then this evening I am going back to the pump track with my friends to have a session!
We went to the pump track again at about 18:30 and left about 20:30 so had a decent session and it was really fun 🙂 I found a few new places to get manuals in but I am struggling with the 24″ bike on the pump tracks so I may have to go to my parents and grab my park bike to see if that is any better!
Although I was siper active and got an hour in on the treadmill I still only managed 7808 steps in today 🙁
