So the Avian 172.5 mm cranks that I bought from Crucial yesterday arrived this afternoon and I have just fitted them and also swapped around the freewheel as the chain was way too close to the frame the way that it was installed. I’m really liking the way that the cranks look on the bike

So that is Xmas done for another year! This year I managed to get through Xmas without putting on too much work as my weigh-in this morning was 108.7 kgs which is only 0.5 kgs more than I was on Sunday so pretty good considering that I have not really walked a lot of steps
