So I have failed yet again to start my 30 day challenge! This morning I went into the office for 6:30 and I am still here at 18:30! I did get 20 minutes for food but that is all the time that I have had today!
I did ride the Dialled MX20R to work this morning and I will ride it home too so I will have technically got about 40 minutes on the BMX today!
I am probably going to be in the office for another hour or so and then I will ride home and most likely watch a bit of TV and then go to sleep as I have to be back in here again tomorrow morning early! I am not planning to stay in the office for so long tomorrow and I will hopefully be home by 8:30 as I have a meeting at 9:00 and I have the driver for my Jump bike arriving tomorrow too so I need to be home as I really want to get the jump bike built up ASAP!
When I got home I was surprised to see that the driver for my Jump bike had been delivered so I got it onto the wheel, put the 16t sprocket on it and then got the wheel onto the bike 🙂
Unfortunately I will have to wait until tomorrow to ride the Jump bike as I can’t find the new KMC K1 Wide Chain that I bought for the bike so I have had to buy a new one from Amazon which will be delivered tomorrow so hopefully I will be able to ride the bike tomorrow night!
Tonight I also checked the wide narrow chain ring and it will fit properly on the Forward cranks that I took off of the Dialled MX20R yesterday when I replaced them with my new DXR cranks that I swapped the Jump bike bits for. I am still deciding if I will use the Forward cranks or the Redline Cranks that I have on there at the moment. I am leaning towards the Redline cranks at the moment as I can then use the Profile Sprocket that I really like the look of! I may keep the forward cranks and put them on my Speedco Frame and build it up and sell it with my profile elite wheels once they get the bearings changed! I think that I have all the parts to make up a complete bike so I may build it up for my Son to use as he doesn’t have a bike at the moment. I may also just build it up and sell it as I could do with getting some cash back in the bank so I will see what happens.
