So I was planning on getting up early and going to the gym but around 1am some bell end on a moped decided to try ride get onto the two tunnels and was struggling to get around the anti motorbike gates (as they should!) this woke me up and after getting up to make sure there was nothing else going on and checking that my car was OK I couldn’t get back to sleep so I ended up resetting my alarm for 6:30 and sleeping in!
I also forgot to do my weigh-in when I first got up and was in a fasted state but remembered after drinking a pint of water so I had lost weight at 107.6 kgs (-0.1 kgs from yesterday) but not as much as I think I have actually lost! Still I have dropped 1.3 kgs in 5 days which is really good and I have put very little effort in so far other than not eating carbs and only eating eggs, steak, chicken breast and bacon for the past 2 days! Apparently according to the consensus online I am about to hit the really craving carbs faze as my carbs in my body are being depleted at the moment but if I can stay strong then I will hot Ketosis by the weekend and all will be good!
I fell short of hitting 10000 steps yesterday due to feeling so bad in the evening so I wasn’t able to walk to get the final steps! I was basically asleep at 6pm before my brother called and woke me up so I will blame it on the change in diet and lack of fizzy drinks and their associated sugar and caffeine and try again today!
