I got the email this morning saying that my new Airdrop Fade Works has been posted. I have just got the text from DHL that it will be delivered tomorrow so hopefully it will be here tomorrow then I can get it all built up and I can drag my son out for a ride sometime over the weekend 🙂
I also got the email to finish my Swytch kit order so I have done that too. I am getting a 26″ wheel with the black kit and the max battery and I also got the delux display so that I can measure distance as well as speed and battery life. The delux display also means that I can reconfigure the kit for different sized wheels if I want to later on. I am not sure what width the rim will be so I may need to get a a halo rim and spokes and get it rebuilt to work properly with my 4x bike.
This weekend I will also get all the bikes that I am selling all built up, washed and photoed and on the internet to sell. I also have to figure out what I am going to do about forks for the 4x bike as the Manitou Circus Expert forks that I have for it will not work with the Swytch Kit which is a 10mm axle and the forks are a 20mm through axle. I have 10mm non suspension forks that will work with the Swytch kit so I may just use them until I use the kit a bit.
I need to sell as many bikes as possible before the Swytch kit gets here early next year and also to get some cash to pay for the Curtis 24″ frame that I have on order. 🙂
This evening I also walked my son to his mums house and then took the long way home and I managed to get my total steps for the day up to 15315 steps for the day so a good day all around:
