I woke up at 4:45 and did my weigh-in and found that I have finally dropped weight again so I am now down to 105.2kgs from 105.5kgs yesterday so just a 0.2kgs drop but it means that I have dropped weight from last week as well where I finished the week at 105.4kgs then put on weight at the start of the week. I am still having toilet issues so the weight should drop a bit more when that sorts its self out 🙂
I then took a shower and rode into work, did some stuff I needed to do then rode home again. I am currently on 1644 steps for the day so a long way to go to get my 10000 steps in before bedtime!
