So for the past few days my back has been hurting as fair bit! Today it was hurting to do gates even so I cut the session short 🙁
I am going to get up early in the morning and walk before heading to the track to get my back warm and also wear a base layer vest under my t-shirt to keep my back warmer! I may also wear a body warmer to race with to keep the back even more covered!
I have basically spent all afternoon cutting stickers for the gate at the track and for a friends clothing company that he has a stall for tomorrow so for the rest of the day I am going to chill in bed!
