I have decided to stop walking again until my 3 weeks is up as my stomach was really sore after walking Tuesday night 🙁
I only have one more week to go anyway so not walking for one more week will not make any difference at all. Hopefully once the doctors find out what the issue is I will be able to start walking again.
When I go back to the doctors I will get a referral to my private medical insurance and then the issue should get resolved pretty quickly. I would hope that they will do a scan so that they can see what is really going on and then get it resolved so that I can get back to training ASAP so that I can get ready for next season.
