Goals for 2025

As stated before I have decided that my goals for 2025 are going to be more about changing habits rather than sports related goals and my main focus will be as follows:

  1. Ruck first thing in the morning and walk 12000 steps total per day
  2. Take lunch Mon-Fri and go to the track (not too bothered about what I do while I am there at the moment)
  3. Do sprints 3x a week
  4. 10 minutes backwards walking Monday to Friday
  5. Ride on the rollers for 30 minutes in the evening Monday to Friday
  6. Do 1 hour of personal study each day after work
  7. Do 30 minutes of cleaning in the flat each evening

The idea behind these goals is to build habits to improve my health, fitness and well-being as well as improve my work/life balance as this year I went back to working all the time instead of making time for myself!

Goals 2 and 3 are basically the same goal as I do sprints at the track but I wanted to specify that I will do 2 sprint sessions a week.

Goal 4 is basically carrying on from this year where I have added 10 minuts of backwards walking on the bw treadmill and it has rrally helped my knees a lot so I want to keep going with it.

Goals 6 and 7 are more about self improvement and helping to improve my day to day life.
