First Sprint Session of the year
I woke at 4:45 thanks to some of the local moped gang deciding to get off the two tunnels behind my house and struggling to get their bikes through the railings (for good reason as thats what the railings are for!!!). I couldn’t get back to sleep after that so I Messed around on my phone until 6am when I fell asleep again.
I woke up again at 7:30 as my neighbour was putting their bins out so I jumped out of bed and did the same and got the bins out about 2 minutes before the recycling lorry arrived!
I am feeling way less withdrawal at the moment and I am head ache free for the first time in days so things are looking up!
As I was up I decided to sort the kitchen out and started out by clearing out all of the old food ready to start fresh this month! I then did the washing up as I had left it a few days as I was feeling crap all the time.
As I am feeling better today I have arranged to do our weekly sprints session with my friend and his daughter this evening so I am pretty much taking it easy until then apart from popping to the gym to pick up my fob and sign my contract as well as move my direct debit to the 16th as I set up not the 1st like the gym setup 🙁 and the supermarket to get the ingredients for my green smoothie, salad etc ready to start getting my diet in order. I am getting in the habit of drinking water again but find that the tap water here kind of leaves a film on your teeth and bad taste in your mouth so I will get a filter for my water filter as well and start using that again. I am also going to clean out the water dispenser in my fridge so that I have a constant supply of cold filtered water available. I am debating buying a water jug to leave in the fridge at the moment too but that can wait until payday at least!
