So this morning I woke up feeling crappy again so I slept until 6am then got ready for work and started work. At 11:30 I took lunch and walked to the chemist and picked up my inhalers that I have been trying to get since last Friay but haven’t got to the chemist when they were open! I then had to walk home and grab my wallet as I needed to pay some money into my bank but I forgot my wallet when I went to the doctors!
As I was home I grabbed the bag of coats and jumpers that I wanted to drop off at the charity bin on the way to the bank so I did that and then got to the post office just in time to pay in my money before they closed for lunch too wtf!!! I then walked home the long way and chilled for a bit.
After work I walked up to the track as the first berm was getting tarmacked today so I wanted to see how it looked (Amazing in case your wondering!) I then walked home and chilled until 9pm when I got up and put the washing in the tumble dryer, did the washing up and a bit of cleaning then wrote this post before going to bed!
I am currently on 15239 steps for the day so target reached 🙂
As I am hurting from just walking today I definitely think I will hold off on going to the gym until Monday as its a bank holiday so I can take my time for my first session!
I will try and keep doing 15000 steps a day for the rest of the week to get some of the weight off and get my body used to working out again!
We are going to have a gates session tomorrow to christen the new berms so that will be cool too.
