Feeling thinner

So I woke up this morning feeling thinner but really sore from all of the walking yesterday to get to 15000 steps without a morning walk but then immediately fell asleep until 5:30 so I set an alarm until 6:30 and had a lie in. I then got up and did my weigh-in which surprised me as I am back up to 106.4 kgs today from 106.4 kgs yesterday but I am looking way thinner as my stomach is starting to go down from not drinking a lot of fizzy drinks for the past few days! It just goes to show that judging body composition on weight alone is not very good! I have also noticed that my shoulders are looking more defined this morning too so I think I am definitely losing fat even if the scales don’t say that I am!

I really can feel the difference from walking 10000 and 15000 steps although it is a lot more work to hit the 15000 step mark but I think that it will be worth it in a couple of months time when I have dropped a bunch of body fat! I have decided that I will start back at the gym next Tuesday first thing as well to try and build up more lean body mass to drop more fat. I will however have to ride the bike to the office so that I can get back home to start work at 6:30 so that I can have 2 hour lunch breaks still so I can train properly at lunch times and get home in time to work again. It should be fine as my leg sessions only take 30 minutes anyway.

I have been working since 6:30 and will take a break at 7:30 to get my son ready for school then I will shower and ride into the office as I need to work on something that can’t be done remotely! I have just got a notification that the crank tool will be delivered between 12:00 and 13:00 today so I should be able to get the OS20 fully built up by 14:00 to go for a ride at the track this afternoon 🙂
