This morning i woke up at 5 am with my alarm but was feeling crappy so I decided to not walk this morning and rest instead so I did my weigh in (Down 0.4 kgs to 104.8 kgs this morning) then went back to bed and played on my phone until I started work at 7 am.
I got a notification that the StayStrong Frame will be arriving this afternoon/evening but I am fully expecting for DHL to let me down again but we will see 🙂
I waited in all day and the StayStrong frame arrived as promised 😁 so I got to it and built the bike up
