Feeling less crap this morning

So I woke up at 5:30 without an alarm this morning and I must say that I am feeliing better again this morning after only eating meat yesterday again! When I did my weigh-in I was surprised to see that I have dropped 1kg again so I am back down to 103.1 kgs so still 0.7 kgs heavier than I was on Monday (102.4 kgs) but the weight is dropping again so thats a positive.

I was planning to go to the pump track this morning but my neck/ back is still sore so I have decided against it an I will take today a a rest day again! I have to work later on today so I will try riding the DK into the office to see where I am riding wise!

Once I am done with work I will get my steps done then I can chill for the rest of the day! I will also do the shopping again to get food for tomorrow!

I plan to start at the gym first thing in the morning and get 5 minutes of the sled in and then a leg workout in before heading home and getting ready for work and then heading back tot he office to work so resting today is not a bad thing!

I am going to have a look in Lidl to see if the meat is cheaper there as at the moment I am spending between £15-20 a day on beef which is a lot more than I can afford! I need to start having eggs and bacon for breakfast in the mornings again as it is cheaper than beef and then I can make the beef last a couple of days at least! The eggs also seem to fill me up more than just eating meat too! This week once my son has gone back to his mums house I will try and get through all of the food in the freezer and then I will have to start replacing beef joints with minced beef and make burgers with the mince.

I need to get my food budget for the week down to about £4 a day or around £300 a month which is doable on eggs bacon and mince but eating a beef joint a day takes me way over budget at between £450 and £600 a month which is way too much for my current budget!

This afternoon I also want to get my second bike carrier on the car as the new brackets arrived on Friday so that will get that out of the lounge. I then want to get the breaks soerted on the ebike as I think that I may do a couple of nights a week on deliveroo to get some extra cash as I am struggling at the moment! I am also going to get the GT, Jump bike, Sunday 24″ and the downhill bike on the internet to sell as I am not using them and I could do with the money!

I also really need to get my Motorbike running and fixed to get it MOT’ed then I can sell it and get more money back as its wasted money at the moment as its just sitting there in the garage doing nothing at the moment!

So I have upgraded the ebike brakes to shiny new Clarke hydraulic disks so it will be able to stop again when I take it to the track and back. I am just charging the battery then I will take it for a test spin and test the brakes! I am going to have to take the front muguard off as its really bent and is constantly rubbing on the tyre which is far from ideal! I have another mtb front mudguard somewhere so I will put that on instead!

I am currently signing up for deliveroo so I will use the ebike for deliveries when I am working,
