After the great start to yesterday I felt much worse again as the day went on so I took it easier today. And still crashed out at 11am gain 🙁
I did get a few things done again today but I accomplished much less than planed and I didn’t get out on my bike again today!
I do however, have all of my bikes and the majority of the surplus bike bits on eBay to sell so hopefully they are all sold soon and I can get on with de-cluttering the flat and simplifying my life.
I have also decided that I am going to keep the Sunday wave c 24″ as well ad my race BMX for now so that I can ride it to work as I do not want to ride my race bmx to work. I have put the profile elite wheel back on the Sunday and put the New Fit wheels that I bought for for sale as the profile elites are way better and I do not want to sell then as if I get an issue with the onyx wheel on my race bike the profile elite is a really good spare!
This evening myself and my Son had a walk to the BMX track to pick up some money the club owed me so I am well over my 10000 steps for the day already 🙂
