Feeling crappy again

So I woke up feeling really crappy this morning so decided to not ride the bike first thing as planned and chill instead. I did my weigh-in and I am down to 104.1 kgs so down 0.7 kgs from yesterday but still 1.7 kgs heavier than I was on Monday so not great!

Last night I bought some beef to roast to eat today so I will start back on the carnivore diet today with an omlette for breakfast today and then beef for the rest of the day! I will see how my neck feels tomorrow to see if I will go for a ride tomorrow or not!

At 2pm I went to the track and set up the gate and then played setting up the timing sytem, I got all the decoder side setup and talking so now I need to figure out the wifi/ computer side of the system then it should all be good!

When I got home I chilled for a bit and then myself and my son walked to the supermarket and back to get some food for tomorrow and all the cleaning stuff that I forgot when I went shopping on friday!

I then cleaned the bathroom with the cleaning producet then chilled until 9pm when I got on the treadmill and walked for a bit to get over 10000 steps for the day! I got a bit carried away with the walking and ended up on 11117 steps for the day!
