This week has been a complete failure exercise wise as I have been heavily focused on my goal of living a more minimalist lifestyle!
I have spent all of this week de-cluttering, tidying and organising my flat ready to build my gym area next week to make it easy to workout.
I am picking up the keys to my new garage this morning so I will be moving and organising all of the stuff in the garage from the old garage to my flat and the from my flat to the new garage or for recycling depending on if I want to keep it or not.
The new garage is closer to my flat as it is basically at the end of my garden so I want to keep it as empty as possible so that it can be my workshop as well as my bike storage area as well then I can keep the flat as bike free as possible for once!
I am on holiday Monday as well so I plan to start working out early Monday morning and then continue with the daily workouts when I start back at work on Tuesday!
I have also been successful this week in not buying takeout, cut down social media and also not spending too much money as well so some of my goals are going well 🙂
To remind me of my goals and to keep me motivated I have setup a goals checklist on my whiteboard so that I am reminded of them all the time:
This means that I can tick the goals off when completed every day and at the end of the day I will be able to see how many goals I have completed for that day.
I have just had confirmation that the balance board will be arriving this morning so I am adding it to the list on the whiteboard now so that I can start using it soon. It actually arrived at 10:20 so I unboxed it and had a quick play and then got on with my day as I have a lot to get done in not much time today as we can only really work until 5ish as it gets dark then and neither of the garages have lights so it will be hard to work when it is dark. We can obviously get on with the organising of the stuff in the lounge but we need to get as much sorted as possible before then!
